Investment Analyst

• Participate in the evaluation and execution of potential Navegar portfolio companies

• Benchmark metrics and practices of portfolio companies to identify risk and opportunities

• Participate in value creation initiatives of portfolio companies

• Oversee implementation of Environmental and Social (“E&S”) governance of the fund and align with the International Finance Corporation’s (“IFC”) Performance Standards and Asian Development Bank’s (“ADB”) Safeguard Policy

• Oversee implementation of Navegar’s climate risk assessment and monitoring process

• Release a year-end sustainability and climate risk assessment report and other reports that limited partners may require

• Project Management

• Financial modelling

• Business correspondence and presentation delivery

• E&S and Climate Risk

• Due Diligence

• MS Office

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field

• 2 years of working experience preferred

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
