We focus on where we can have the biggest impact, allowing us to offer unparalleled, tailored advice and support to entrepreneurs and their teams. Committed for the long term, we aim to build enduring partnerships that prepare businesses for today and tomorrow.
We usually invest in growth-stage companies who already have a proven track record of profitability and often support them through several funding rounds. In some cases, we consider partnering with companies that haven’t yet achieved profitability but can demonstrate a clear path towards it.
Our investments cluster around the consumer and business services sectors, and so far, we have invested in industries such as outsourcing, healthcare, food & beverage retail, e-commerce, logistics, and IT services. But that's not where our curiosity ends. If you’ve built something unique, we would love to hear from you and learn about your company.
We're also big believers in the positive impact that new technologies can have, and we invest in companies that leverage technology to create significant disruption and value creation.
We typically deploy between USD $20 and USD $30 million per investment, and have the ability to invest larger amounts, if needed.
We seek out high-growth companies with a track record of profitability. They should be experiencing rapid growth, underpinned by sound business fundamentals and a clear competitive advantage in their respective industries. We would also consider partnering with companies that haven’t yet achieved profitability but can demonstrate a clear path towards it.
We partner with visionary entrepreneurs and management teams who are honest, determined, and purpose-driven. People that know with clarity not only what they want to accomplish, but also why they want to do it.
(1) Initial review
We begin by learning more about the company, the management team, the market, and the business opportunity, so that we understand the company's growth prospects and the ingredients needed to realize its fullest potential. If the initial review is positive, we'll send a Letter of Intent (LOI) containing the proposed terms of an investment.
(2) Due diligence
Once the parties have agreed on an LOI, due diligence is conducted—a detailed commercial, financial, legal, environmental, social, and governance review of the business. If the original assessment of the business opportunity is validated, a binding offer is then submitted.
